1. 물이 펄펄 끓을 때 면을 넣고 2~3분 정도 삶은 다음
Put Naeng myeon(Noodles) into pot of constantly boiling water (4 cup at 212°F) and let boil for about 2~3 minutes.
2. 냉수에 2~3번 헹궈 사리를 만들어 그릇에 담습니다.
Remove the noodles from boiling water and wash in cold water two or three times to cool, and then drain to serve in a large bowl.
3. 사리를 담은 그릇에 준비한 육수를 부어 먹습니다. 기호에 따라 참기름, 계란, 채썬 오이, 삶은 계란 등을 곁들이시면 더욱 맛있는 냉면을 즐기실 수 있습니다.
Pour the prepared cold soup into the bowl containing the cooled noodles, mix and serve. For better taste, add sesame oil, thin-sliced cucumber, and boiled egg.
